Hi! I'm Isaac.
I'm proud to say I have spent my entire life here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. I grew up in Swain County, went to college at Western Carolina University (Go Cats!), and my wife and I now live in Stecoah.

Along the way, I have worked in marketing, sales, and interior design. All of which led me to my career in real estate.
​
In 2021, my career went through some real changes... not to mention getting married to my beautiful wife Hannah!
​
In July 2021, I started Old North Rental Group - a short-term property management firm based out of Bryson City. Our mission statement is "To promote a stress-free vacation for travelers, make it profitable for owners, and give back to our community in the process." And truly, we have done all three.
​
2022 was our, and my, biggest year yet. Hannah and I bought our home, she came on board to help run Old North Rental Group, and I was awarded Realtor of the Year for my company.
​
When you work with Hannah or me, you'll learn quickly that we fully believe God has blessed our business and our lives tremendously. And it is our job to glorify Him in all we do. Our faith leads us in business decisions and in helping our clients.
